The primary audience is Spanish, so you must be very fluent or native in Castellano, with a high level of English.</p> <p>For the Business Development Intern position the principal tasks are:<br /> Prospecting: Contacting and building relationships with the key recruiters for the sector (extremely strong leads will be provided)<br /> Sales: Ensuring that all relevant job offers are published on the portal (these will be free to publish until 01 October, so the ‘hard sell’ should not be needed)<br /> CRM: Set up and manage the client database.<br /> Account Management: Ensuring client satisfaction, Obtaining and responding to client feedback, Identifying possible upselling opportunities.<br /> Product development: Identifying new commercial opportunities.</p> <p>The ideal candidate should be studying towards a qualification in Business, with a commercial focus, and above all should have strong interest and knowledge of the online advertising or recruitment sectors</p> <p>As this is a startup environment you should be enthusiastic, autonomous, and unafraid to make contact with external organisations.
