Functions: – Manage Pharmaceutical Development Projects and activities regarding, fulfilling requirements of: delivery timing, cost and quality. – Efficient organization of available resources. – Support and collaborate to Pharmaceutical Development Manager – Be responsible of manage whole pharmaceutical development projects assignees – Collaborate in the development of internal process and pharmaceutical development techniques, such as: preformulation, formulation, stability studies and scale up. – Be familiar with pharmaceutical technologies such as: granulation, tabletting, film coating, extend release formulations. Will be a plus knowledge over other dosage forms. – Collaborate with Transfers Team Group to assure know how flow in both to the Pilot Plant and to the Main Plant, specially in submission batches manufacturing. – Increase collaborations with colleagues of Pharmaceutical Development in the company. – Pursue the best professional relationships with Analytical Services Group. – Looking after for good application of safety, health and environmental procedures. – Pursue whole continuous improvement on his/her activities and responsibilities. – Collaborate in to develop professional skills and abilities of the members of the department and contribute to build a good work climate.

Requirements: – Degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy or similar. A Phd would be a plus. – High Level of English communication, verbal and writing. – Work experience in Pharmaceutical Development between 6 and 10 years. – Abilities to work in team and to coordinate activities with other departments. – Deep knowledge of cGXP applied in EU and USA. – Work experience in a multinacional work environment – Capacity of working under pressure Pragmatic, determined and precise approach

Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Company.

Functions:
– Support the development of new pharmaceutical products (generic small molecules) implying: – Method Development & Analytical support of Pharmaceutical R&D: formulation and prototyping. – Analytical support for the manufacturing of Submission & Stability batches including method optimization and validation. – Transfer of methods to various operational Quality Control sites. – Management of team including direct and indirect reports. – Frequent reporting on a local and international level to company HQ. – Liaison and coordination with other internal departments to ensure project quality and time frames are met. – Responsibility for the Department´s budget. – Management of projects from inception to completion adhering to tight deadlines. – Lead initiatives for continuous improvement projects including creation of new systems. – Manage relations with institutions such as F.D.A.

Requirements: – Degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy or similar. A Phd would be a plus. – High Level of English communication, verbal and writing. Good understanding of Spanish is must. – Complementary education in Analytical Techniques and Statistics. – At least 6 years of experience in a similar position. – Experienced in Analytical Development in Solid Pharmaceutical Formulation with main focus on: dissolution testing, chromatography, impurity methods and other physical chemical techniques. – Knowledge of GMP and experience with companies that are FDA approved. – Use of LIMS or other Lab applications. – Autonomous, flexible, pragmatic and open minded person.
